Reminds me of the time when we were kids I was riding one of those go carts and the brakes failed, at the same time the accelerator linkage (I made with a coathanger) failed too. I was headed for a busy intersection from my cul-de-sac so I stopped it by putting my hand over the top of the carb.

Well, its happened. Remember the Chicagoland's vacuum cleaner blowups? All
in fun, right?
Well a gentleman south of Baltimore decided that the best way to stop his
running car (keys locked inside), was to vacuum out the gas from the tank.
Vacuum cleaner exploded, sending the man to Shock Trauma.
