Why would we?  All it does is reduce knock, improve fuel economy 16%,  and 
reduce NOx... ;)
I've been thinking about adding it to my Fiero EFi 140 - forgot about the  
ease if smog manifolds were used!  Thanks for the tip!

We've got the ports on the heads [ plugged hole / balance  port]  and 
probably 
a lot of SMOG / A.I.R.  manifolds laying  around....early EGRs were vacuum
