Sista!  Sista!

Section 6 of the manuals - the factory shop manuals - covers the engine and 
engine sheet metal.  Around 6A-13-15 depending on which year, there is a 
discussion on the thermostat bellows and adjustment. At least you didn't 
call it a "thingie".. <vbg>

Part of the whole car parts thing is learning the lingo and how they do 
things in manuals and  parts manuals. They are often very confounding. 
However, think about the terminology for computers and imagine how the shade 
tree mechanic feels trying to ask a question about those....

Keep asking questions. Pretty soon you will be answering ours.
