<VV> Trans & Diff spline measurements

Does anyone have the od of the high points (lands?) of trans output shaft, 
the groove diameter, plus similar measurements of the inside splines of the 
pinion shaft?

Width of the transn output lands? and grooves can be measured relatively 
easily, but I don't know if they are worn too much. What is stock?

Measuring the inside is tough, since it is pretty far in.

Trying to determine whether the inside splines are worn. Difficult to hold 
and measure whether they slip.

Any help appreciated.
