Well I live in Okanogan county WA. and I had no probe with the registration on my 65 Monza project car.  Took the title down to the D.O.L. and changed it in to my name and ask to not buy tabs as it is a project and will not run for sometime.  Some of the people at the D.O.L. just don't know all the rules and get locked in to procedure.
