I once had to remove lugnuts by literally jumping up and down on a 
breaker bar multiple times. (And I'm over #200!) They were put on by my 
mechanic, Mike "the muscle." He didn't want the wheels to fall off! LOL 
I'm just glad I wasn't on the road with nothing but a stock lug wrench.
