 I live at 5690 ft . I have a camping property at Fairplay at 9200 feet, I 
hike over 1000 while hunting.I take blood thinners every day. my blood pressure 
is 70/120 . I am 74 years old and work out at the gym 3 -4 times a week and on 
my own equipment in between  we have a RMC member who lives in Alma , over 
10,000 feet and comes down  to meetings in his Corvair
 I advise you to see your DR. and have some blood tests
