<VV> Rebuild II / Platigauge Instructions

You cut the strip as long as the bearing is wide....no OIL!     lay the case 
half on the studs...install bearing shells in that case

Lay crankshaft in....do not  rotate!

Insert bearing halves in next case half......set on top....torque!    

Dismantle.....

lift out crank

lay envelope across smashed platigauge strip.......move until width matches 
markings!


Measurements are in ONE HALF THOUSANTHS OF AN INCH INCREMENTS

As far as what you want......clearance.....you decide....but you MUST  have  
clearance!
