<VV> Need bolt sizes for turbo heads

I am winging it on installing a turbo intake onto the heads as they seem to 
have 2 different threads and one hole (the outer one for the short bolt) has 
no threads at all. I assumed they were the same as for the studs on normal
heads, but the studs won't go. I want to put them back the way they came,
so I need to know the original bolt sizes and threads. Also, did they come 
with washers? Thanks,
