<VV> Any other things I should know about POR?

I've done all of the prep I can with what I have,
patched the floor, grinded some...and vaccumed like
mad.  Are there any things I should keep in
mind(besides a day with somewhere around 50% humidity
and don't get water in the paint can) before I go to
it?
