These look like aftermarket Talbot mirrors (or a similar make... I don't see the customary Talbot screw on the end...); what every quality sporting car of the 
era was wearing! ;-)

You can get these with short or longer stems (Minis have the same issue Corvair do when the offside mirror is mounted to match the driver's side... pretty 
useless, so the onlger stem helps) and with normal or convex glass.
