"Folks,

To end this train, I must admit that the "Liquid Oil Float" statement I made 
was probably in error.  I cannot find any reference to it either connected to 
Libby, Owens, Ford or otherwise.  More important, none of you have been able 
to find said reference and I know what kind of resources you folks represent.  
What appears to be my misinterpretation of "LOF" has been with me for years 
and I must now purge that bit if data from my memory.  For this and the 
resulting train, I apologize.  I have met my quota of mistakes for the
month of May so
I will really need to be careful now.  :-)
