He said he wanted to "jazz it up" a little in an easily reversable way and add a little more visibility. Curiously, the paint is exactly 
the same shade as some of the surfing stickers on the rear window...  but he's a smart guy... he saved enough body paint for the 
new owner to respray the bumpers....
