My 63 Spyder starts on the first turn of the key and runs perfectly. The
Carb was rebuilt by the Carbmeister ( a perfect job) and the engine has
been tuned with all key tuning components replaced.
After driving the car at normal operating temperature it becomes very hard
to start. All fuel systems are factory original, no modifications. I have
heard about hard starting on Turbos due to vapor lock / overheating. Could
this be the case? Are there any solutions that would solve the problem?
Any Turbo owners have ideas / suggestions? I would like for my Spyder to
start on the first turn of the key - even when it is warm!
Thanks!
