I assume that Corian material is similar to Century Marble which we have in
our motorhome. I have made several repairs to our cabinet top and the sink
area. Century Marble will supply a kit of the same material as your sink.
You mix the two part material similar to fiberglas resin or Epoxy. Take a
rotary file and rout out the damaged part and pour in the mixture, smooth it out
with a putty knife leaving plenty of excess for finishing. Finish with a
sharp scraper or chisel to roughly the right height then sand either wet or
dry.

Your local Corion dealer or cabinet shop should be able furnish you a kit
or just have them repair it for you.
