Have you considered putting the 215 behind a Porsche transaxle?  If you did 
that, you wouldn't have to reverse the 215. 215 to Porsche adapters are 
available.

I have aquired a 215C.I . Buick aluminum block V8 which I would like to 
install 
in a Corvair as a true rear engine. Does anyone have any information on where 
i could obtain the pieces and parts necessary to reverse this engine's 
rotation?
