<VV> engine swap

Most opt to put a LM engine in anything/everything,but what about powering a 65 4sp with a 62 102hp ? It has the early bellhsg,and I've got a good 65 bolted fly/PP (bent finger) to use...and a 80's hyd clutch throw-out brg...what do I need to make this combo work ?TIA,Tom Z
