Years ago my wife and young son were on a long trip way out west in a VW 
camper. Were near in the middle of nowhere about 20 miles from Meteor 
Canyon when the coil boiled over

Unlimbered the bicycle and was guessing which way to go when off in the 
desert I spotted a derelict that turned out to be a 62 chevvy. Much was 
missing under the hood but the Delco coil was still there. Got us home to 
Texas.
