<VV> Dumb question - Headlight Switch Knob

I have found it easiest to press if I reach under the dash from outside the 
car (door open, kneel down by the A-pillar - lets you get a right hand on 
it).  I can't get the angle on it otherwise.  It helps also to have the knob 
in the on position.
