The REAL trick is to pull the knob fully out BEFORE you depress the button 
and you might not even need the penny.
Furthermore, disconnect the battery negative terminal before pulling this 
out for two reasons:
1. If you taped a penny to your finger, you could short something out and
2. The headlights will be ON with the knob pulled out.
