I rebuilt my 65 180 turbo back in 1988. To me, it was not hard at all. After carefully cleaning everything, pay attention to the clearances for the shims. My turbo is in a sand rail, so high mileage is not an issue. I have only put about 10,000 miles on it. But the age has finally caused me to reseal it at this time. Ken Overby
