<VV> Fuel tank sender wrench

Well, through the use of a plastic hammer, two screwdrivers, three drifts, 
and a medium crowbar I was able to turn the locking ring the last 1/4". One 
ear is now a bit distressed (but does not affect locking) so will have 
another ring on hand if I ever need to remove the sender again (hope not, 
plastic float should be forever). Lessee $3 ring vs $25 wrench used every 
decade or so. That's tough (besides if there is a next time I'll probably 
drop the tank).

BTW there is no good diagram of the sender in the manual and the sender on 
page 69 in Clark's is shown upside down. Do not know if it would matter but 
almost put float on facing the rong way.
