Yes.  It can also be replaced without the special puller by loosening the 
"front" mount nuts and the rear mount and lowering the rear of the engine 
with a jack.  At least for a 64 and (famous words) the shop manual tells you 
how to do it..  Have done it twice, like most jobs, once to replace the seal 
and once to install a harmonic balancer.
