<VV> 1972 NHTSA Findings

I have either lost or misplaced my copy of the NHTSA's 1972 decision 
exonerating the Corvair and I have switched computers since the time I 
found it online.  Does anyone know where I can obtain a copy or find it 
online?  I've tried every thing I can think of including "Corvair 
Underground" with no success.  Seems like I've even seen something in 
recent posts about it but either I deleted them or didn't save them to 
my Corvair folder.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
