<VV> Lm axle shaft removal

Unless you can pull the top of the wheel outboard, you have to take off the 
lower control arm, which is what is normally done, AFAIK.  The axle is the 
upper control arm.

I am trying to remove the axle shafts on a 65 convert.  I have the straps 
off, but they don't seem to want to budge.  Do I need to loosen anything 
else?
