Yep, sounds just like a local county mountie or city. Bet he's over weight  
or short, was the high school wimp but now he has his gun and thinks he knows 
it  all and you'd better lesson.
Heck here my buddy had his work truck ran sacked to the tone of 5 grand,  
they never even showed up just gave him a case number over the phone and said  
they had more important things to do like write tickets and bring in revenue.  
Then they wonder why folks have no respect for them. No connection to our own
