<VV> 140 PG to 110 4-sp conversion

The engine peak torque is the same for the 140 and 110 (the rpm at 
which it is developed is different). The heavy 140 clutch pressure 
plate is to allow the stored inertia of the plate to help launch the 
car as the 140 have little low end torque (below 2,000 rpm).
