<VV> carpet installation tip

Today there was a rerun of a Horsepower TV show where they installed carpet 
in a Chevelle convertible. I'd seen it before, but since I wasn't planning 
to install carpet anytime soon I just ignored this tip, but now that I have 
new carpet waiting to go in, I paid attention.

They put bolts in the floor where they needed holes in the carpet. Then they 
positioned the carpet in the car, found the bolts under the carpet, then 
made and "X" cut with a razor blade on top of the bolt so the bolt would 
slip through the carpet. Pretty slick, huh?
