<VV> Billet engine rotary valves

I remember reading about the Coates engine a couple of years ago and it's 
expected that they've had nothing but trouble ever since.  Designing a new 
engine is not a simple task for a small shop and that's what they are 
finding out after their first exuberant press releases.
