<VV> dash colour

The center portion of the dash generally matches the color on the top 3 
inches of the interior side of the doors - but at ZERO gloss.  From your 
description, it sounds as if yours should be black (but you might wish to 
check that with others in order to be certain).  On a '65, the instrument 
portion and the glove box portion of the dash are a silver crinkle paint on 
a Monza or black on a Corsa.
