<VV> Wet fender

I used to remove the plugs, but as stated, dust enters.

A solution better than drilling the 1/4" holes is to cut a 1/4" or so 
notch out of the rubber plug and install it so the hole is at the 
bottom. Can be easily returmed to stock, no body damage.
