Here's one won't forget, from way back.
My brother and I set a personal record changing the clutch on his 1966 Corsa 
convert, under 3 hours.

Stepping on the clutch was a bad omen when it went straight to the floor. 
Uh-oh.

I figured maybe the throw-out bearing was installed backwards, so I asked 
him if he was sure it was it right ?

"I thought YOU put the throw-out bearing in ?"

Nope.  No one did.

We had it out and back in in under two hours this time !

Teamwork is good but get your jobs straight !!!!!
