<VV> May Communique--no Corvair

Hey gang,
   
  Maybe someone can straighten me out before we really get into the discussion. I'm still new, I guess, having been on VV only about 18 months. I'm a little unclear over one of the rules. Are we SUPPOSED TO get on line and report when out Communique shows up in the mail?
  I suspect I've been screwing up all along.
