Do not pay for anything or give anyone "up front" money for them to "cover
expenses" before you get paid or BEFORE the check clears.

I have seen these before and they never buy the item after you have "set up"
the deal by sending them money to "mobilize their agent."

It will likely cost you money but you will have your car (or parts, or
whatever)

I was made a similar offer from a guy in England who wanted me to pay for an
"agent" to inspect the car and claimed that his check was ready to me as
soon as the agent approved the sake. All for only $250, to be paid by me up
front "in good faith."

Uh-huh. "Good faith," my *#$*#$*.
