Try this test when the engine's hot and see what you get. Bet it comes on 
alot quicker.

  Smitty Says:  I know from expermenting that in a lot of cases Harry is right.  So do it when the engine is hot.  "Quicker" may be a relative term when you are counting the seconds your engine might be running with no pressure.
