Agreed, governor change is one bolt.

Also agree with Tim that the pinion seal is leaking tranny fluid into a  
lot of differentials now. At least they were leaking 10 years ago, and I 
doubt they are no longer failing! Also the torque converter seal, but 
that is easy to change when the engine is separated from the diff.
