On the other side of the spectrum is Joe Robbins.....who took solid rust and 
welded up a body!  If the car is driveable...and you've already lost a few 
years............fix the rust you have...drive the car and enjoy....We are NOT 
the Corvette Club!

Don't let Kents' willingness to spend $$$$, make you feel inadequate....etc.  
Kents Yellow vert was his LEARNING  experience.....his next car came from 
SoCal with no rust...  The 66 CANADIAN  Turbo VERT...is very RARE.......and we 
are lucky to have Kent show the devotion to REBUILD the original body.

He wouldn't do it to any other Corvair!   IMO!!
