FLAPS = Friendly Local Auto Parts Store - Napa/AutoZane/PoopBoys/Etc. We  
were mentioning the oil additives that are available there. Some claim to "free  
up Stick lifters" etc.! 
Although, I am not aware how a sticky lifter (clicking from internal piston  
non-movement) can cause a rocker to break or a pushrod to bend. -  Seth
