Ken's suggestion for capturing an image from a DVD is simple,
straightforward and adequate for what Bill wanted to do.  However, if you
really want a great picture, you are going to have to invest in a capture
card, or some similar device that will allow you to pipe the video from the
DVD player directly into the PC, usually between $50 and $100.  Also, you
will need some editing software, like Nero, Adobe Premiere Elements, or
Pinnacle' DV studio.  All available between $50 and $100 as well.  All in
all, video editing is much cheaper than re-building and maintaining
Corvairs, although not as much fun.  It can be something to keep you busy
during those winter months when you are not playing with the cars.
