Guys, I helped a friend time his Sunbird yesterday. The timing spec is 12 BTDC; it was timed about 22 BTDC. After the change the car ran worse. I have heard guys talk about timing an engine by vacuum - anybody else know anything about this method; and when it's applicable? Thanks, Andy K.
