I like Devcon's Plastic Steel.  I think Ace Hardware and True Value Hardware
carry it.  I prefer it to JB Weld for plastic but hey, that's just me!  Very
strong, hard and self leveling.  Try embedding fiberglass fibers for added
strength in high stress areas.
