Buffalo is also close to the Niagara Wine trail in Niagara County, just 
north of Buffalo.

As it turns out, the region surrounding Buffalo is perfect for growing 
grapes, so there are plenty of wineries not only in the Buffalo area, and 
the Ontario Canada area, but also mid state by the finger lakes.
