Someone needs to report this to ebay!!  He says,

"We are willing to meet the winning bidder at the Rest Area of I-96 near exit 
110 after the winning bid has been paid. Buyer pays all shipping otherwise. 
We do NOT accept paypal." 

Either the guy is freaky...or it's a scam!
