I think you mean PB Blaster....available at just about any FLAPS.

BTW, "Marvel Mystery Oil" loading into one of those Harbor Freight
"Load-It-Yourself" spray cans works well too.....Kroil is even better
(though is a "trick" known more by those that play with firearms as much as
cars....best darn penetrant I've ever used...though a touch pricy!)
