<VV> Solid state voltage regulator

So, again by human failure (loose battery cable sprang off when going
cross country with the Rampside), another solid state voltage regulator
fried :-(

Again the Voltmeter tells me it still regulates the alternator on the
LM engine fine, but it does no longer switch off the gen/fan light.

The circuit does not seem to be too complicated, anyone has schematics
for this standard voltage regulator 73ZX7135R?
