Believe the 64-66 hub was a 10022 (what I have on my 66). Finally had to 
remove the platic turn signal canceller that smaps in the back, the 
squeaking was driving me nertz. Dunno if just this adapter had the three 
little holes off a bit but do not have another to try.

Also a 15" wheel with the telescopic turn signal lever falls nicely to hand 
and leaves the Monza gauges visible.
