from first hand experience i can agree that those laws exist,and to a tee of  what padget said.i have a 66 corvair in my own driveway and it doesnt run but is all their and completely intact except i have no motor in it so the rear wheels are bowed out and i had patrol officer drive by and tell me i had 10 days to get rid of it or put it in my garage and gave me a rule violation book that did state any non running vehicle had to be in a four wall enclosed building  it sucks cause i own my own house and it is on my property and its not like its on jackstands missing the wheels or completely disasembled or somthing but what can you do nothing but take it and grin    curt from mcminnville oregon
