Then there is the corrosion factor. The car I had it fail was a '65-6
w/110/auto/radio car and had no other "100W lights, megawatt stereos, or
a/c, and 63 amp alternators" AND it failed during a broad-daylight trip.

THAT is why I recommended the '65-6 owners upgrade to '67-9 style
harnesses.
