<VV> 140 carburation

In retrospect, the tubes (two in each) may have been a bit too brittle.  I 
don't know what metal it was, just something laying around that was the 
right diameter, but was not real pliable.  They may have contacted the top 
of the air cleaner spider and snapped.  Anyway, after the failed first 
attempt, I'm not real anxious to try it again.

It was one of the conventions, seems like it was KY when I did this.  Have 
not tried it since.  Probably won't.
