<VV> Corvair bell housing, no. What is it?

The now winning buyer probably knows. Based on a photo I ran across at 
<http://www.streetrodderweb.com/tech/0307sr_transmission/> bearing the 
caption;

" A popular offering from Flat-O is the Y-block Ford to C4 adapter. 
Side brackets on the bellhousing are available for stock motor 
mounts..."

I make a guess that it is an adapter  to C4 made by Flat-O, perhaps 
their product described,

"...Chevord bell housing. This allows the installation of the popular 
C-4 Ford transmission onto Chev - Olds - Pont - Buick and Cad engines?"
